Lauryn Hill To Perform In Saudi Arabia’s Alula This Month
The Five time Grammy winner Lauryn Hill, widely regarded as one of the greatest rappers and musicians of her generation, is headed to Saudi Arabia.
The artist will revisit her acclaimed debut album, “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill,” 25 years after it first released at AlUla’s Maraya Concert Centre on Feb. 22. First shooting to fame as lead vocalist of hip-hop trio The Fugees, Hill then went on to achieve success as a solo Grammy award-winning artist.
In August last year, Hill announced a 25th anniversary tour for her iconic debut solo album, 1998’s “Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.” Hill’s former group the Fugees, who abruptly cancelled a planned 25th anniversary tour around their multiplatinum album “The Score“ album last year, opened only the US dates.
